Mushroom Coffee Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
Smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1 date
1 packet of "Four Sigmatic Mushroom coffee mix"
1/4 cup frozen avocado
Handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
Optional Toppings:
Frozen berries
Peanut or almond butter
Granola (I like using the "Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt Probiotic Granola")
Coconut
Instructions:
Blend smoothie ingredients
Place in a small bowl
Add your favorite toppings

Ingredients:
1 packet of Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Mix
1 cup of almond or coconut milk
1 tsp of stevia or sweetener of your choice
Instructions:
Steam or heat non dairy milk
Add coffee mix and sweetener
Use a hand held frother or a blender to mix
