This instant mushroom coffee mix provides all these health benefits mushrooms have to offer, and gives you that extra energy boost without the caffeine crash. I know it may sound strange, but trust me you can't even taste the mushrooms!



Mushroom Coffee Smoothie Bowl Recipe:


Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 date

  • 1 packet of "Four Sigmatic Mushroom coffee mix"

  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1 cup of almond milk

Optional Toppings:

  • Frozen berries

  • Peanut or almond butter

  • Granola (I like using the "Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt Probiotic Granola")

  • Coconut

Instructions:

  • Blend smoothie ingredients

  • Place in a small bowl

  • Add your favorite toppings

  • Enjoy!



Mushroom Coffee Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Mix

  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp of stevia or sweetener of your choice

Instructions:

  • Steam or heat non dairy milk

  • Add coffee mix and sweetener

  • Use a hand held frother or a blender to mix

  • Enjoy!
