Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink

Apple cider vinegar has a variety of potential health benefits including:

  • Improving digestion

  • Killing harmful bacteria

  • Lowering blood sugar levels

  • Supporting with managing diabetes

  • Aiding with weight loss

  • Improving heart health

  • Boosting skin health

    • Removing warts

Due to all of these health benefits I like to kickstart my morning with a "ACV detox drink". I find that it supports my energy and digestion, while reducing any bloating. Below you will find my go to recipe I use each morning that makes the perfect start to my day. I hope you enjoy this, and reap some of the benefits apple cider vinegar has to offer!

ACV Detox Drink Recipe:

  • 8 ounces of hot water

  • 1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar

  • Splash of lemon juice or lemon wedge

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
