This is an upper body barre demo from the upcoming Zumbarre workout class. It will be the second barre piece of the routine, and it will be to the song "Never Be the Same" by Camilla Cabello. We will walk through each move together; discuss proper form and technique, and then we will put it together to the music. You will need a pair of light weights anywhere from 2-5 pounds. If you don't have weights, no need to worry! You can always use your body weight; soup cans; water bottles; etc. You can expect to get a good arm workout just by doing this demo!
