Prayer Journal

Nurturing our spiritual health supports us with having purpose in our life, and it helps us to better understand and connect with ourselves, others, nature, and a higher power. Our spiritual health has a direct impact on our mental and physical health, and it's essential for living a healthy, fulfilled, and happy life. There are a variety of ways we can nurture our spiritual health, but some of my favorite practices include praying and journaling. I recently created my own prayer journal to support me with implementing these spirituality practices at the start of my day, and I wanted to share it here for anyone that is interested.

The prayer journal encourages you to practice gratitude, process how you can become your best self, practice forgiveness, pray for others, and gain insights on what you could do differently for the upcoming week to enhance your spiritual health. It was inspired by "The Prayer Process", and it's broken down into a daily journal for 52 weeks, so that you will have a year worth of prayer journal entries. Taking just a few minutes in the morning to complete the daily journal and reflect on other journal entries for the week can be the perfect way to kickstart a healthier and happier day.
