Swimmer Wellness Map Book
A book for young female swimmers that was inspired by my eleven year old niece. I know that preteen and teen years can be especially challenging for girls as their bodies go through changes, so I wanted to provide some tips to help them grow stronger not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually. This book includes a variety of activities and suggestions for positive body image, mental health, spiritual health, and nutrition for swimmers that is kid friendly and creates a positive relationship with food. It has some cute pictures and silly sayings to keep education around their health and wellness fun and encouraging.
