It was inspired by "The Prayer Process", and it's broken down into a daily journal for 52 weeks, so that you will have a year worth of prayer journal entries. Taking just a few minutes in the morning to complete the daily journal and reflect on other journal entries for the week can be the perfect way to kickstart a healthier and happier day.
