Thank you for stopping by! This is a lower body barre demo that targets the inner and outer thighs. The moves will repeat and you will be in a squat the whole time, so you can expect to feel the burn and get a good leg workout just from doing this demo. This will be the third out of the four barre segments in the upcoming Zumbarre class, and it’s to the song “Work from Home” by Fifth Harmony. Just like all of the other demos we will walk through the moves; discuss technique and proper form; and then put it together to the music.
