Here is one of my go to Asian recipes. It has so much flavor; it's packed with nutrients; and is very simple to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
Produce:
Romaine lettuce cups
Shredded Carrots
Cabbage
Peppers
Mushrooms
Cilantro
Tofu
Oil; sauces; seasonings:
Sesame or olive oil
Braggs Aminos
Rice vinegar
Sriracha
Peanut butter
Garlic powder
Turmeric powder
Instructions:
Stir Fry:
Finely chop tofu and veggies
Drizzle oil on pan and put on stove for medium to high heat
Add veggies; vinegar; braggs aminos; garlic powder; and turmeric
Cook on medium to high heat until sizzling
Turn heat off and let it sit for a few minutes to simmer
Peanut sauce:
Add 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1 TBSP rice vinegar; 1 TSP braggs aminos; and 1 TSP sriracha in a small container
Mix ingredients
Add a little water as needed to make it more of a sauce like consistency
Final Product:
Place stir fry veggies and tofu on romaine lettuce
Drizzle peanut sauce
Top with cilantro
