I love my smoothie bowls and avocado toast for breakfast, but with this cold weather I was craving something warm this morning. I decided to make this lemon poppyseed oatmeal, and it was delicious! It took only 5 minutes to make, and it’s packed with nutrients and fiber. Below you will find the recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Ingredients:
1 packet of instant steel cut oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp poppyseeds
1 tsp peanut butter (optional topping)
Handful of berries (optional topping)
Instructions:
Mix oats; almond milk; stevia; and lemon juice in a bowl
Microwave following the instructions on the instant oats label
Take oats out of microwave; add poppyseeds; and mix it all up
Top with peanut butter and berries
