Spirituality Sunday Series (1/24-1/30)

Happy Sunday! I hope Everyone is having a wonderful weekend!

First off, sorry I have been MIA on here! This past year I was very busy wedding planning, working, and enjoying married life. However, I recently had a calling to get back on here to hopefully support others with their health and wellness. Plus this is a great creative outlet for me, and holds me accountable to continue to prioritize my spiritual health. We all have busy lives, and can fall off track with our goals...That includes me! Therefore support and accountability is essential for our success.

My goal is to post weekly in this "Spirituality Sunday Series" channel. For this week, I wanted to kick it off with some of my favorite quotes I read in my daily devotional. Each morning, I read a passage, and wrote down my thoughts about it in my journal. It only took 5-10 minutes, and it had such a positive impact on my mindset for the rest of the day. Below are some of the quotes that really resonated with me. My hope is that you will find some value in at least one of them.

"Thank me when things do not go your way, because spiritual blessings come wrapped in trials".
"Bring me the sacrifice of your time, and watch to see how abundantly I bless you and your loved ones".
"It is possible to enjoy Me and glorify Me in the midst of adverse circumstances. In fact my light shines more brightly through believers who trust me in the dark".
"Trust is a golden pathway to heaven. When you walk on this path you live above your circumstances".
"When my presence is the focal point of your consciousness, all the pieces of your life fall into place...The fact that I am with you makes every moment of your life meaningful".
"In my radiant light, anxious thoughts shrink and shrivel away. Judgmental thoughts are unmasked...confused ideas are untangled...I will guard you and keep you in constant peace as you focus your mind on Me".
"Worship Me only. Whatever occupies your mind the most becomes your god...Worries...Anxiety...Break free from this bondage by affirming your trust in Me and refreshing yourself in my presence".

Spiritual Activity:

My biggest takeaway from these quotes is: through presence, trust, and gratitude, we can find peace and meaning in even the most difficult or monotonous of times. I'm curious to know, what is your biggest takeaway? Consider commenting here, sharing these quotes and your takeaways with your family or friends, or writing it down in a journal or somewhere you will see it as a reminder this week.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a happy and healthy week!
