Red White & Blue Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed with nutrients, delicious, and so simple to make! The blue spirulina powder in it serves as an antioxidant that can have pain-relief, anti-inflammatory, and brain-protective properties. In addition to all of these health benefits and amazing taste, let's not forget it's also pretty and festive. Sometimes it's those small things that make trying a new recipe that much more I right?! Try this recipe below for your next breakfast, and enjoy!


  • 1 cup frozen mango and banana

  • 1 TBSP peanut butter and/or 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop of blue spirulina powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Granola (I used Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Granola)

  • Berries

  • Coconut


  • Blend fruit, peanut butter, protein powder, and blue spirulina powder

  • Pour smoothie into a small bowl

  • Top with granola, berries, and coconut

  • Enjoy!
