Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Looking for a healthy nutritious breakfast to tie you over until Thanksgiving lunch or dinner? Give this pumpkin pie smoothie a try! It’s delicious, nutritious, festive, and so easy to make! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1 date
1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of collagen (optional)
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients
Pour smoothie into a small bowl
Enjoy!
Want to make it a smoothie bowl? Top with your favorite toppings such as: granola, nuts, fruit, coconut, nut butter, cocoa nibs, etc. I personally topped it with “Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Spice” granola and almond butter, and it was delicious!
