Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 date

  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop of collagen (optional)

  • Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
