4 TBSP liquid egg white
1 TBSP nutritional yeast (sub low fat cheese if desired)
Peppers
Spinach
Sun-dried tomatoes
Pepper
Salsa
Instructions:
Put egg whites in a mug
Add nutritional yeast and pepper
Chop veggies and add them to the mug
Stir the ingredients
Microwave for 1 minute
Stir
Microwave for 1 more minute
Top with salsa
Pair with avocado toast to make a well balanced breakfast (optional)
