Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Football season is right around the corner, and whether you are watching the games from the comfort of your own home, tailgating, or throwing a party, this recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Even if you aren't a football lover (aka me), you will most likely fall in love with this recipe. It's packed with the spicy flavor that comes with chicken wings, but it's more nutritious and is very simple to make. Check out the recipe below. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • Head of cauliflower

  • Hot sauce of your choice

  • Almond flour

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Paprika

  • Pepper

  • Cashew milk

Instructions:

  • Chop head of cauliflower into florets and toss with a generous amount of hot sauce of your choice

  • In another bowl mix 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 TBSP of garlic, onion, and paprika powder, and a dash of pepper

  • Add 2/3 cup cashew milk to the flour and spice mix to create the batter

  • Mix the cauliflower and batter together

  • Spread the cauliflower out on the air fryer pan

  • Cook cauliflower at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, tossing half way through

  • Enjoy!

Optional:

  • Garnish buffalo cauliflower with fresh cilantro

  • Pair it with a side of carrot and celery sticks

  • Add a healthy dipping sauce such as tzatziki. I used "Simple Truth Plant Based Tzatziki Cauliflower Dip", and it was delicious!
