Welcome to Frankie's Dance Fitness Classes! You will have access to a variety of dance workouts combined with barre, body weight, and strength training exercises. Some of the workouts will also end with a guided meditation or deep breathing to nurture your mental and spiritual health. All workouts are about 30 minutes long and can be done anytime and anywhere, so even on the busiest of days it will be realistic to get a great workout in. You can expect to get your heart rate up, strengthen and tone up, destress, boost your confidence, and have some fun! You will also have access to a community group to engage with member’s who are in the fitness or health coaching program, and to have continued accountability and support with your exercise goals.
